The fee for posting a job is $75.00 per posting per month.
What is the cost for searching the Careerspice.com Resume database?
The fee is $275.00 for a three month subscription.
How do I post a new job?
When you log into your Account, there is a button called 'Post Jobs'. By clicking that, you go through the process of posting a new job.
How long does a job post remain on Careerspice.com?
The job post remains active for 30 days.
How do I repost or extend a job posting?
When you log into your Account, there is a 'Extend Posting' link under each job posting. Clicking that link will send you through the process of renewal.
How do I edit a job posting?
When you log into your Account, there is a 'Edit Posting' link under each job posting. Clicking that link will send you through the process of editing your job posting.
Can I post one ad for multiple positions?
No. The rule is one job per posting. If you have three positions to fill, you will need three separate postings to advertise all three.
Can I add a link to my post?
You can link to your home page, or to a page where job seekers can apply to the same job you are advertising. But you cannot link to a list of all the jobs available for your organization.
Once I have created a new job posting, how long before it appears on Careerspice.com?
Your job post will appear and be searchable within minutes.
I have forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?
On the Employer Account page, type in your registered email address and click send, and your password will be emailed to you within minutes.
How can I edit my account information?
When you log into your Account, click on the 'Edit Account Info' button. That will take you through the process of editing your account information.
How can I change my account password?
When you log into your Account, click on the 'Change Password' button. That will take you through the process of changing your account password.
How secure is Careerspice.com in protecting my personal information such as credit card transactions?
We use industry standard 40-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption which encrypts your online credit card payment information. Our servers send your credit card information (using SSL) to PayPal, which charges your account. We do not keep any of your credit card information on our systems.
My job post is missing, where did it go?
There are occasions where certain job posts break the rules we have in place for Careerspice.com. When such a case occurs, we cancel the job post and if the offense is great enough, we cancel the whole account. Please read the Careerspice Terms of Use carefully before submitting a job posting to be published.
What forms of payment does Careerspice.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Can I put pictures in my posting?
No, pictures and images cannot be included in postings.
I'm a recruiter, can I still place a job post on Careerspice.com?
You are more than welcomed to post jobs. Also, please do not use misleading or dishonest tactics to get replies.
I don't like junk mail, if I register with Careerspice.com, will I be getting junk mail?
We don't like junk mail either, and your email address will not be sold or given to anyone. The only email you will be receiving from us is if it is regarding your account.
